PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF THE EXHIBITION

The exhibition BELLO DA MANGIARE BUONO DA GUARDARE (BEAUTIFUL TO EAT GOOD TO LOOK AT) has been the conclusion of a few years of work. I am so pleased to have been able to organize an exhibition at the Doha Katara Cultural Center and to show my pieces to a broad audience.

 OPENING

The opening ceremony was really nice and well attended. I had the pleasure of the presence of the Deputy General Manager of Katara Mr. Ahmed Al Sayed and of the Deputy Head of Mission of the Italian Embassy Mrs. Carlotta Colli who both addressed the participants. Many friends joined and this was the greatest gift for me.

MOUNTING

The last days before the exhibition were pretty hectic: a lot of things to finalise, the promotional campaign to run, the last touches to make sure may pieces were ready to be shown.

I am pretty pleased of the beautiful gallery and of the way the pieces were shown: they had a good illumination, and their bright colours stand out against the grey background of the exhibition room.

Give a look at the pictures!

DISMOUNTING

The dismantling took place relatively quickly. The gallery has been emptied and the pieces have been packed; everything is ready for the next exhibition!
